Download files of a batch and it's workflows. Files of DSS-intents are downloaded differently.

Check the status of the batch to ensure that the batch has finished. To download all FP Sign-files you need each workflow-Id. Downloading documents is possible at all states of the batch, except the batch and workflows got deleted/dismissed. The id's change when documents get signed.

  • Get the files for all the workflows inside of the batch
  • Download the workflow files
  • Download the workflow report (optional but recommended)
Step 1

Get all files inside the workflow

A batch consists of one or more workflows. Getting all files inside a workflow let's you control which files to download. You can decide to download the workflow document, signature report and possible attachments attached by sender or recipient/signer.

Store the file-Ids of the file-type:

  • "WorkflowDocument"
  • "Attachment" (recommended)
  • "Report" (recommended)

You must download FP Sign files for each workflow and for each file-Id in the workflow.
